Frequently Asked Questions

Who are your courses for?
High school and university debaters aiming for competitive improvement in Policy, LD, PF, BP, and related speech events. Coaches and clubs use our syllabi to structure practice.
What is the difference between cohort, self-paced, and 1:1?
Cohort courses follow a schedule with peers and live drills. Self-paced courses include recorded modules and assignments. 1:1 coaching is a bespoke plan tailored to your goals and calendar.
How do refunds work?
Full refunds within 7 days of purchase if you have not attended a live session or downloaded restricted materials. Partial refunds may apply thereafter based on completion.
Do I need prior debate experience?
No. Our Beginner track teaches fundamentals: flowing, case structure, responsive speaking, and evidence ethics. Intermediate and Advanced tracks assume competitive experience.
What equipment do I need?
A computer with a microphone, a stable internet connection, and a note-taking tool. We recommend a citation manager for efficient card curation.
Do you prepare for specific tournaments?
Yes. Cohorts align with the season calendar. We also offer private intensives aligned to your circuit standards and judging pools.
Can coaches license our curriculum?
We provide school licenses to use our lesson plans, drills, and rubrics. Contact us to discuss scope and terms.
How do you evaluate progress?
We use transparent rubrics for structure, logic, delivery, and evidence ethics. Students receive written edits and recorded run-through feedback.
